1 General Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ak77 platform and all services operated under it. When you register on ak77, manage an account, play any game, or place a bet, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

4 Account Security

5 Payment Methods and Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 by any method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Deposited funds will be credited directly to your ak77 account.
• ak77 will notify users in advance of any changes to payment methods or addition of new methods.

6 Withdrawal Verification

ak77 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request for security purposes. Additional documents may be requested for identity verification (KYC) for large withdrawal amounts.

If unusual activity is suspected on an account or evidence of fraudulent activity is found, ak77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal.

7 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive a ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳42,000.

This bonus applies only to each user's first deposit. The same person may not claim this bonus through multiple accounts.

8 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw funds earned from a bonus. Notably, this condition applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount.

Not all game types may count toward completing the wagering requirement. The contribution rate may differ for certain games — contact support for details.

9 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• Promotional offers must be used within a specified time period.
• ak77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be forfeited.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one is already active.

10 Fair Play Policy

ak77 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. All games on the platform are operated using internationally standard technology.

If any user engages in cheating, exploits software errors, or uses any dishonest method in games or betting, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings may be voided.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Any attempt to access or modify the platform's software.
• Placing bets or playing games through automated bots.

12 Sports Betting Rules

When placing sports bets on ak77, please keep the following in mind:

• All bets are considered final once confirmed — a bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable suspension rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ak77 reserves the right to settle bets at the corrected odds.
• Bet outcomes are dependent on the announcement by the relevant official authority.

13 VIP Levels and Cashback

ak77's VIP program has four levels. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP level progression is based on your consistency and activity in play. VIP cashback will be credited to your account at a set time each week.

14 Closure by User

You may request to close your ak77 account at any time. Contact support to make the request. Any eligible balance in your account may be withdrawn before closure, however any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement will be cancelled.

15 Suspension or Termination by ak77

ak77 may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Registration with false or misleading information.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Transfer of account to a third party.
• Use of the account by or permission granted to a minor.

Whether the eligible balance of a terminated account is returned will be determined at ak77's discretion based on the circumstances.
